Common questions
What happens if the EMS controller fails?
Loopgain EMS runs as a primary and standby pair. If the primary controller stops, the standby takes over and the event is recorded for review.
Who can change settings in Loopgain EMS?
Access is role-based. Each user sees only the pages their role allows, and every command and setting change is recorded in the audit trail.
