Lower bills. Steadier power.

For factories, campuses and warehouses, storage sized and controlled around how the site actually runs.

The challenge

What gets in the way.

01

Peak demand drives the bill

A few high-demand intervals can set a large part of the monthly charge.

02

On-site solar is wasted at midday

Generation the site cannot use at that moment is lost or exported cheaply.

03

No controls team on site

Most facilities do not have storage specialists on the payroll.

How Loopgain helps

What you get.

  • Peak shaving that discharges as site demand rises
  • Charging from surplus solar and using it later in the day
  • A clear dashboard built for the facilities team
  • Remote monitoring and support from Loopgain engineers

Common questions

How does a battery reduce an industrial electricity bill?

Much of a large site’s bill comes from its highest demand intervals. A battery discharges during those intervals so the demand measured at the meter stays lower, and charges again when power is cheaper or when on-site solar is in surplus.

Can the same battery also provide backup power?

It can, if the system is designed for it from the start. Backup capability affects the electrical design, the protection scheme and how much energy is held in reserve, so it needs to be agreed during system design rather than added later.
