Hand over on time. With the controls done right.
Controls and integration are where storage projects slip. Loopgain takes ownership of that scope from design to handover.
The challenge
What gets in the way.
01
Integration risk
BMS, PCS, meters and relays from different makers have to act as one plant.
02
Grid tests decide the date
Commercial operation waits until grid-code tests pass.
03
Scope gaps between vendors
When each supplier covers only its own box, the gaps land on the EPC.
How Loopgain helps
What you get.
- Control architecture and signal lists agreed early in design
- Integrated testing against simulated plant behaviour before site
- Commissioning engineers on site for tuning and grid tests
- Operator training and complete handover documents
Common questions
At what stage should the EMS supplier join the project?
As early as the design stage. Agreeing the control architecture, the signal list and who owns each grid-code function before equipment is ordered avoids most integration problems during commissioning.
Does Loopgain attend site for commissioning?
Yes. Commissioning is part of Loopgain’s services: on-site tuning, functional and grid-code tests, and operator training.
